Do I need to provide Gratuity?
While not mandatory, your gratuity is genuinely valued. For your convenience, we recommend a tipping range of 10-15% of the service fee.
How do I pay for the service?
Our office invoices on a monthly schedule. For example, if you received a service in January, you will receive your invoice via email in February. In the email you will be able to pay with a credit card, ACH, bank account information, or you can mail a check.
