Types of Cleaning
Regular Cleaning
- Dusting : Dusting all surfaces, including furniture, shelves, windowsills, picture frames, and other accessible areas.
- Surface Cleaning : Wiping down and sanitizing surfaces throughout the house, such as tables, countertops, and visible appliances.
- Vacuuming & Mopping: Vacuuming carpets, hard floors, rugs, and upholstery, as well as mopping hard floors.
- Bathroom Cleaning : Cleaning and sanitizing the bathroom, including scrubbing the toilet, cleaning the sink and countertops, wiping mirrors, and cleaning the shower or bathtub.
- Kitchen Cleaning : Cleaning the kitchen surfaces, including countertops, sink, stove, microwave, and exterior of appliances.
- Trash Removal : Emptying and replacing trash bags in designated areas, such as kitchen and bathroom bins.
- Light Fixture, Switch Cleaning, and Blinds: Dusting and wiping down light fixtures, switches, and blinds.
- Make up beds : remaking any used beds or using freshly clean sheets to make beds.
- Window Cleaning : Sliders only – a max of 4 sliders (Cannot be floor to ceiling)
- Lanai Cleaning : Sweep lanai and wipe down lanai furniture.
- Laundry : Includes 2 loads of laundry
Deep Cleaning
- All tasks included in a regular cleaning : A deep cleaning includes dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, bathroom and kitchen cleaning, trash removal, surface cleaning, and two loads of laundry.
- Cleaning hard-to-reach areas : This involves cleaning behind and under furniture as well as reaching high areas like ceiling fans, light fixtures, and vents.
- Baseboard and trim cleaning : thoroughly clean and dust baseboards and other trims throughout the house.
- Upholstery cleaning : thoroughly vacuuming upholstered furniture.
- Blind cleaning : cleaning blinds or shades.
- Oven and refrigerator cleaning : Cleaning the interior and exterior of ovens, stovetops, and refrigerators, removing grease, grime, and food residues.
- Cabinet and drawer cleaning : Wiping down and cleaning the exterior surfaces of cabinets and drawers in the kitchen and bathrooms.
- Washing walls and doors : Removing marks, stains, and smudges from walls, doors, and switch plates.
Construction Cleaning
- Our construction cleaning is completed in 3 stages:
- Rough Cleaning : This involves removing heavy dust and debris. This allows the contractor to continue with the construction process.
- Deep Cleaning and Interior Cabinet Cleaning : (See Deep Cleaning Section Above)
- Detailed Cleaning: Additional touch ups after the deep clean to ensure the home is dust free.
Move-in/Move-out Cleaning (For Empty Homes)

Seasonal Home Care Cleaning
We recommend seasonal clients receive bi-weekly or monthly services while they are away to keep homes fresh – dust free and bugs off floors. This services includes regular cleaning, organizing pantries, and dusting/ organizing all shelves in closets, kitchen cabinets, and bathroom cabinets.
